2019 Audi Q9 Hybrid

Another completely new model is coming from Ingolstadt. This time, it is a new flagship model, which will be a full-size crossover. The new models will ride on the same platform as the new A8 sedan and it will borrow many design solutions from the famous saloon. This includes hybrid powertrain too. The new crossover will be available in a hybrid variant, which will include a 3.0-liter Supercharged V6 gasoline engine in a whole system. 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid

The Korean manufacturer will not offer a completely new vehicle. Its famous crossover will get an electrified version and come as 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid. The next generation of a familiar SUV will come with plenty of novelties, including new hybrid powertrain. This isn’t official yet, but the company has announced that more than 30 from Hyundai and Kia will have their low-emissions versions by 2020, which is a great indicator. The testing model has been spotted for a few times and we noticed that it doesn’t have exhaust pipes, so an all-electric version is also quite possible. 2019 Mini Countryman Hybrid

Well, the hybrid version of this small crossover actually won’t be something new. This model is already available on the market. It features a 1.5-liter gasoline engine and combines it with the hi-output 90-hp electric motor. The gasoline engine powers front, while electric motor sends power to rear axle. For the next year, 2019 Mini Countryman Hybrid will most likely come with a new battery pack. The current 7.6-kWh battery will be replaced by some with more capacity. This will provide better economy, but also a longer all-electric range, which currently goes around 26 miles. For now, sports cars usually stay away from hybrid technology. The number of these models is quite small, but if the most iconic sports car of all time comes in this manner, we could expect that the rest will do the same. At the moment, chances for this scenario are weak, at least for the next year. The company waits to see how the new Panamera Hybrid will go. Next year will bring us the eight generation of the second greatest compact car in the world. The new generation of the famous hatchback will come with plenty of innovations. The all-electric version of the current generation is already present for some time. So, VW engineers are pretty familiar with the electrification of this model. The new model will come with the upgraded version of famous MQB platform, which will bring many improvements. After a pretty long time, Volkswagen management has finally realized that fossil fuels won’t last forever. So, they are slowly turning to electric vehicles.
