Taillights are now also wider and are extended all the way to the trunk door. Furthermore, a new subtle spoiler is installed. All trims feature two chrome housings that should give Altima more athletic look. The Nissan Altima is the first company’s hybrid vehicle. From some rumors, it will be powered by the 2.5-liter engine. It can produce 160hp and 165 pound-feet of torque. The electric motor adds an additional 40hp, putting out a max power of 200hp and 198 pound-feet of torque.
